My work philosophy

Sustainability is playing an increasingly important role, and not only in the field of software engineering. The software development process in the company, the design of projects, the chosen software architectures, the use of certain infrastructures, technologies and components – sustainability ensures long-term investment security and projects that meet changing and growing requirements.

This requires that project objectives are clearly and honestly defined, that the employees involved are appropriately trained and sensitized, that process models and technologies are chosen that support sustainability and that projects are continuously reviewed and updated. The use of future-proof and innovative components plays just as central a role here as the targeted integration of existing systems.
