This requires that project goals are clearly and honestly defined, that the employees involved are appropriately trained and sensitized, that process models and technologies are chosen that support sustainability and that projects are continuously reviewed and updated. The use of future-proof and innovative components plays just as central a role here as the targeted integration of existing systems.
