Innovative and curious…

I have been working in the professional IT environment as a software developer, trainer and consultant since 1996. I was able to gain experience in many different roles, learn and find out what works well and what works less well.

From this experience, a clear idea has emerged of how software development and architecture must be structured in order to achieve business goals, keep to time and budget and at the same time be innovative and flexible.

My strengths are creativity, curiosity, dealing with team members and “thinking outside the box”. But above all: fun and enthusiasm for what I do!
